After graduating in piano, organ, organ composition, harpsichord, and conducting Riccardo Cossi, from Trieste, Italy, specialized in organ performance. He is invited to give concerts at the most esteemed venues across Europe and has premiered numerous works and recorded several pieces for Rainbow Records. He founded the Accademia Organistica Tergestina, where he serves as Artistic Director and teaches organ, improvisation, piano, and music theory. He conducts the choir and orchestra of the University of Trieste and the Diapason choir. He has been the organist and music director at St. Teresa del Bambin Gesù and the titular organist at the Church of Beate Vergine del Soccorso. Currently, he is the titular organist of the Cappelle Civica and the Cathedral of St. Justus in Trieste and a member of the commission for sacred art in Trieste.
